When you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you are greeted by a welcoming open floor plan with all the comforts of a home. The living area seamlessly opens onto a private lanai with comfortable seating and impressive views of the mountains and surrounding landscape.

Coconut Marketplace is just a block away and features a farmer's market, multiple shops, restaurants, and hula shows. Travel just a bit further on and stick your toes in the sand while sipping a Mai Tai or enjoying a happy hour pupu at Lava Lava Beach Club. Kapa'a and Wailua Beach are both just a short distance away while Black Pot and Hanalei await you just 20 or so miles up Kuhio Highway. Downtown Kapa'a is just north and features many local food trucks, open-air restaurants, and lots of local shopping.

Great condo!

We loved the location of the condo, since it was so close to shopping, the beach and Long's. Highly recommend walking down to the beach. We did that much later in our visit and I regret not visiting more. The condo was beautifully furnished with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This place is located in a great location for a vacation on Kauai! It also comes with many amenities including beach chairs, beach umbrella, small ice chest to take on outings, an insulated "beach bag", and many others. The condo is a great place to stay during a vacation on Kauai as it's "centrally" located and is stocked with many amenities for various activities that most people do while vacationing on Kauai!! Highly recommended!!!

Location is great in the East side. The condo was super clean and the bed was really comfy. There were even cookies that were left for us. Kitchen is a nice. Not on the beach, but really close - just a couple of minutes walking. You can‚Äôt swim in that beach, but great for walking at sunset and wading your feet. Condo is in a great central location - can get to the south or north within 30 minutes. Overall a great stay and a good price.

The property was great. It was a short walk to the beach and to some shops/restaurants. Lovely pools on the property. The condo was very clean and comfortable and well supplied in the kitchen, bath, and with cleaning supplies. It also had beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Comfy chairs on the balcony from which you could see the ocean and the hills. The location on the east shore was great as it was quick to get to sites on the north and south shores. I would certainly want to stay here again.

Great condo close to beach

This condo was just steps from the beach. It was also close to shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom were well supplied. The condo had beach towels, umbrella, and chairs. From the balcony you could see both the ocean and the mountains. Kapa'a was a great location as it was easy to get to both the north and south of the island. It was a great clean and comfortable condo. I would definitely stay there again.
