• Condo is located above the garage; guests will need to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the front door.
• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

During pool closures, guests may enjoy the nearby Pacific Ocean or request a voucher for access to the Lihue YMCA pool. Vouchers are available at the Banyan Harbor Front Desk and are covered by Banyan Harbor at a cost of $15 per person, per day.

The neighborhood:
Lihue is Kauai's working hub, and this part of town puts you close to the water without being far from the airport or island roads. Kalapaki Bay is a nearby beach for a relaxed swim, while Nawiliwili Harbor and its waterfront restaurants make an easy dinner plan. The path around the harbor is good for a sunset walk, and the town is well positioned for day trips toward Poipu, Kapa'a, or the North Shore. Families who want less driving and more flexibility tend to appreciate Lihue's central access and useful everyday conveniences.

Getting around:
Lihue Airport is only about 10 minutes away, making this one of Kauai's most convenient home bases. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island's beaches and towns, though groceries, shopping, and dining are often close by. Lihue's town center offers some walkable errands, with nearby beaches just a short drive. Parking is generally easy, available on site or in nearby lots.

Guests at Banyan Harbor enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool in the heart of Lihue, with beach access and mountain and sea views from the grounds. A private entrance and lit path at night add ease. This condo is very taatefully furnished and decorated. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with everything I needed and things I didn't know I needed! The beds were comfortable, the full kitchen has lots of utensils and cookware. The AC units kept the whole condo nice and cool. The lanais have a great view of the mountains and the waves. The check-in process was very quick and easy. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely return again in the future!
