Neighborhood

The neighborhood:
Kamaole Beach Park III sits across South Kihei Road, which makes it easy to fit in a morning swim, snorkel, or sand time before the day gets busy. Keawakapu Beach is another nearby option for shoreline walks, and Wailea is close for dining or a sunset drive. Maui Kamaole adds two pools, including a heated lower pool, a spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas among tropical grounds. It is a useful location for keeping a small group happily occupied without overplanning.

Transit

Getting around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Hawaiian living.

Access

We really enjoyed our trip to Maui. It was our 2nd time staying at the Kamaole condo complex. We were able to check in early and extend our check out time. The condo was clean and had all the things we needed for cooking. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. We had an ocean view and it was short walk to the beach.
