We loved the location as it was off the busy main streets, but close to everything. The view was spectacular to see the weather patterns and across Honolulu. It was fun to have a cup of tea and watch the weather move down the valleys. Overall I would recommend this to friends.

Amazing view. The nighttime city scenery was unforgettable and exceeded all my expectations. The room was comfortable and clean.

I will definitely come back.

Good Location

TUAN · Sep 2024

Property located close to many shopping areas, bus routes and beach.

Fabulous little place! We will stay here again.

Karena · Aug 2024

Absolutely great place to stay! Just an 8-10 minute walk from Waikiki Beach. The building has helpful front desk staff and security, a long with amenities like a pool and gym. There is a breakfast spot right beside the lobby, as well as plenty of food and convenience options within two blocks. The suite was exactly what we needed! Had nice cool AC, two comfy beds with very soft pillows, a kitchenette and plenty of shower towels and beach towels. We'll be back again! Thank you Island Colony!

Week in Waikiki

Daniel · Aug 2024

41st floor amazing daily views If you go on Friday you get a Free Firework show from 8pm to 805pm at the beach which was awesome The added amenities like towels, plates, bowls, even down to the beach umbrella in the closet. Super helpful Pool/Jacuzzi very nice 6th floor Ice machine/water machine also very helpful Location is the steal of the area Would def stay again Daniel from Chicago

Nice clean unit

Solomon · Apr 2024

Locationwise, very close to Waikiki Beach

Lovely rental, hard beds

Devin Kanani O. · Dec 2023

The beds were really hard and not super comfortable. I thought this was a hotel, but I didn't realize this was an air bnb. I guess it's a hotel and air bnb and condo where people live? Nothing wrong with that, it just wasn't clear when I was booking or stay. Parking was $40/ day when I stayed there. The room was pretty good for the price though. It was good that it had a decent sized fridge, microwave, and cook top. The view was nice, you could see part of the ocean and the alawai canal. Location was good, within walking distance of Starbucks and McDonald's incase you need a quick bite to eat.

Beautiful views from the balcony! Vacasa is always the best choice when booking a residence in Hawaii. Every room has the standard feature plus the owner’s little surprises. Loved it!

Perfect

Amberly · Aug 2023

Amazing. We went with friends and all stayed at different hotels and this was the spot. Grand view. All you need in the hotel building and short walk to the shops and Beach.

Just right!

Levi · May 2023

This place was awesome. Great price and the view from the 41st floor is unreal. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and was super easy to access and get to !

Five stars in my book!!!

Lilly · May 2023

This is not meant to insult the owner/property manager of this particular home, but I say this with a lot of respect: Don’t expect a 5-star luxury suite! This place suited me and my 2 adult kids PERFECTLY. The AC worked well, the WiFi worked well, the sink and toilet worked well, the refrigerator worked well… and that is all we needed! It is close to the beach and we walked there every day. Even though we rented a vehicle, we mostly walked to where we wanted to go, even to the huge mall, Ala Moana. The place was very clean when we arrived and the check-in/check-out process couldn’t have been easier. There is a great view of the city and Ala Wai Canal and the convenience of its location was perfect. This was a wonderful home base for us on our vacation and all three of us agreed that we would come back to the same place! Mahalo!

Most bang for your Buck with this place. Great staff in front and back of the house. We easy to park and walk to top places in the mall. No issues with the room or service. $85 a night for this place and it could easily be 300+

Amazing Views

Ana · Aug 2022

The location was great, close to the beach and shopping. The place was clean and had amazing views. It comes with small kitchenette but we did not use it. The fridge was big and convenient to have for leftovers.

I would stay here again!

Kathleen · May 2022

Nice location. Convenient store in then building. Nice laundry area. Great pool. Everyone keeps to themselves. We felt safe here! Cute little spot away from the strip.

Amazing room and service!

Ben · Jan 2022

The location was PERFECT! The staff was super helpful and amazing and checked in a couple times to make sure we were doing ok and didn’t need anything. Couldn’t recommend staying here more

Great Stay

Silas · Aug 2019

This was exactly the kind of place we were looking for. The view from the balcony is great, it's about a 7 minute walk to the beach, and it's the perfect size for a couple.
