**Please note: Restaurant Construction and Building Maintenance happening. There will be construction noise, particularly in the lobby area. However, any work will be restricted to weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with no construction activity on weekends or holidays. The lobby bathrooms will unfortunately be out of service during construction.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood:
This Keawakapu Beach address gives you a rare South Maui combination: a long sandy shoreline at your door and two distinct areas nearby. Drive north toward South Kihei for casual food, coffee, shops, and local beach parks. Head south toward Wailea for a different set of beaches and dining. Back at Mana Kai, the pool, gym, grills, and laundry facilities keep the stay practical. That is why it works particularly well for a family that wants a beach day to be the default, not the day trip.

Transit

Getting around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Space

Swim, lounge, and snorkel at the fabulous Mana Kai Maui Resort, the jewel at the end of one of Maui’s best beaches! The Mana Kai Maui Resort uniquely offers all the advantages of a condo vacation, but with the added amenities of a resort hotel. Choose from condominium or hotel-style accommodations. The condominiums include one and two-bedroom suites, complete with well-equipped kitchens and private lanais. In-room safes and free high-speed WiFi access are also available. Comfortable hotel-style suites with full baths are also available just steps away from the ocean. You'll also have access to two gas grills and laundry facilities available on the property. While our amenities do not include poolside towel service, our condo and hotel suites are equipped with beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Take advantage of the resort atmosphere with special features including free parking, a pool, open air dining with lounge, yoga classes with Maui Yoga Path, a fitness center, an activities center, a gift shop, a general store, a business center with computers, and conference/meeting facilities.

Access

Guests at Mana Kai Maui Resort enjoy access to the oceanfront communal pool, hot tub, and fitness center, right on one of South Kihei's finest beaches. An elevator and disabled parking spot make getting around easy, and the beachfront setting puts the sand just outside. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.

Love staying at the Mana Kai

We love staying at the Mana Kai because the location is perfect! Our unit was quiet, had a lovely view, and included all of the basic amenities we were hoping for (including beach chairs, umbrella, even a sand bucket for our kiddo). They even included a little welcome package of soaps, detergent, and coffee which was much appreciated! A few extra beach towels would have been nice to have, as there was only one set available. Ample bath/shower towels and linens.

We had a great time in the Mana Kai 211! There's no doubt the finishes are getting a little long in the tooth everywhere, but everything seemed to work. It was exceptionally clean and there were nice things to enjoy like boogie boards and umbrellas for the beach!
