• This is a subunit unit that can be rented along with Mana Kai Maui Resort 605, which can be rented separately.
• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
• The fitness and business center is temporarily closed due to damage sustained from Lowell.

**Please note: Restaurant Construction and Building Maintenance happening. There will be construction noise, particularly in the lobby area. However, any work will be restricted to weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with no construction activity on weekends or holidays. The lobby bathrooms will unfortunately be out of service during construction.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood:
Mana Kai Maui Resort is directly on Keawakapu Beach, at the meeting point of South Kihei and Wailea. This long stretch of sand is made for unhurried walks, a swim when ocean conditions cooperate, and an easy sunset without a drive home. Head north for South Kihei coffee, casual restaurants, and beach parks, or go south for Wailea's dining and shoreline. The location suits families who would rather spend their time deciding between the beach and the pool than mapping out a daily beach run.

Transit

Getting around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Guests at Mana Kai Maui Resort enjoy access to the oceanfront communal pool, hot tub, and fitness center, right on one of South Kihei's finest beaches. An elevator and disabled parking spot make getting around easy, and the beachfront setting puts the sand just outside. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.

We had a wonderful stay with Heavenly Vacations at Mana Kai Maui. The property was spotless, incredibly cozy, and looked just like the photos. The host was communicative, welcoming, and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was fantastic for exploring the area, and coming back to such a comfortable and quiet space each night made our trip truly special. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

This condo is a great spot, with easy access to a gorgeous sandy beach. You can sleep at night to the sound of the ocean. South Kƒ´hei is away from the busier, very touristy part of Kƒ´hei. Wailea is 5 minutes away. We wished we knew about the bldg construction but other than that it was a great choice for us. We hope to be back for a longer stay and when the weather is nicer (storm rolled in on us!!)

This location is undoubtedly one of the best on the Kƒ´hei side of Maui. Beautiful view of Haleakala for morning sunrise, lots of sandy beaches and the ocean. Couldn‚Äôt ask for anything better.

The view from this location is OUTSTANDING!!!! You are located on a fantastic beach and also provided a large lawn area that allows you to enjoy the setting without intrusive sand.
