The AC in the living room was super helpful. The screened in lanai was nice. The condo was very well stocked – eg we had the sheets we needed for the sofabed. We didn’t use but we saw beach gear as well. we were visiting friends at the neighboring complex so we chose this for the location. Also, many stores, groceries, starbucks are nearby. There were also good instructions that the parking spot was not close and that you should drive up to the condo itself to drop off luggage first. Since the parking spot is down the hill and near the street where there are transients, just have a plan for when and who will go retrieve the car.
