The home seemed recently renovated. All the bedding, linen, furnishings were brand new and very nice. Beds were super comfortable. House was clean and well stocked and comfortable for our group of 11. The home was not cluttered but stocked with all beach equipment and one minute walk to beach access. The views were amazing!! Great outdoor grill and seating to enjoy the yard and mountain views. Quiet neighborhood with excellent bird watching as the albatross were nesting at this time. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
