-Perfect size for two people, but wouldn’t have more than 2.

-Perfect beach access and sunrises. Chickens were friendly, and conditioned to be fed.
-Well furnished – had plenty of the essentials (pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker, etc.)

-Nice pool area. We didn’t use, but looked clean and well maintained
