This tasteful condo was big, sparkly clean, and everything was very comfortable. I appreciated the clean tile floors throughout.
The spacious grounds and pool area were always kept in excellent condition.
The long unobstructed views of the lawns, pool, and green space between our lanai and the beach and waves was soothing. I appreciated no views of cars or large resort buildings in our unit’s views.
The advantage of this first floor unit is the private lanai that opens onto a private lawn space. All foot paths through the greenbelt are a comfortable distance away from the lanai so you can wave from a distance but still have plenty of privacy.
The adjacent road was actually very convenient for us to hop on our rented bikes and head along several beaches and resorts and make stops along the way.
The trade winds were great and everything worked as desired.
We slept very well with the top of the blinds preset for privacy, and the lower windows open.
There is enough foliage near the windows, plus a half wall along our lower path that separates our building from the road and the street level sidewalk.
There was rarely foot traffic except gardener days, and minimal vehicles on the road.
