I was getting a bit desperate trying to find a good place to stay in Kauai for a trip that I didn’t have as much time to plan for. I finally found this place and the price was good and the photos looked nice. When I got there I was blown away. This is one of the first times the actually property was BETTER than the photos!! Also theee was a mistake that was made by HomeAway, and they weren’t going to help me. However I explained the situation to Bali Hai Real Estate (the host) and the took care of the problem, even though it wasn’t their fault. I was incredibly impressed with their staff. Thank you very much!! Typed on phone so forgive typos please 😉
