Listed as described. Great views from 3rd floor balcony. Pool and pool bar were a nice treat. Room size was adequate as described and pictured. Do not expect a 5 star hotel room, it is an older condo that is well kept and loaded with plenty of beach accessories. The nearby Coconut Marketplace shops, eateries and market next door made this location a huge plus!! Everything you need. Great central place to stay in order to visit Poipu or Princeville. Minutes from the Fern Grotto and Kapaa town shops.
