We stayed at Hanalei Bay Villas immediately following the record rains in April 2018 that led to disastrous floods and mudslides. The team at the real estate company was super patient and responsive when we called at 6:00 am their time to make sure we’d still be able to access the villa. Thankfully because of the way these villas are built on the mountain slope, there was no water damage whatsoever. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-located. We had tons of space and greatly enjoyed our four days in Princeville.
