We stayed in Pili Mai 13C for three nights at the beginning of our trip, and wished we had stayed there the entire week. We are picky so we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the unit and grounds, and the convenience of the central location in the Poipu/Koloa area. Many shops and restaurants were within walking distance, and Poipu and Kiahuna Beaches were a very short distance away. We were greeted with a nice card and yummy complimentary snacks. The condo was spacious, modern, clean, and tastefully decorated, with controllable a/c and ceiling fans. The kitchen was well stocked and beautiful. It was perfect for our family of four with one teenager and one adult child. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the kids each had their own bathroom with plenty of towels and toilet paper. The grounds were immaculate and peaceful day and night. Parking, while not in the garage, was in a convenient space close to the unit. The large corner lanai was furnished comfortably with a lovely view of a field, palm trees, and the ocean in the distance. The only negative, the beach toys were limited, with only one small boogie board, but rentals were nearby and inexpensive. We would not hesitate to stay here again, or recommend the unit to friends and family.
