The home was immaculate and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay, except food. But that wasn’t a problem as stores and restaurants are close, many within walking distance. Mornings were beautiful from the lanai with the sun rising over the top of Mauna Kea. Being on the 3rd floor provided panoramic views to the east. The Shores at Waikoloa has many extras that help make this place special like a pool, exercise room, tennis courts, and areas to BBQ. It is in a great location for exploring the Big Island. The staff of Vacasa were very helpful, professional, courteous, and quick to respond to questions and provide what we needed to make our stay pleasant. We would highly recommend this home for visitors to the Big Island.
