Just a few things we had issues with, but they were taken care of in a very timely manner. For one the elevator broke and I was traveling with two senior family members that have major walking problems and we had some inconveniences with the the set temperature from 8am-8pm and that during that time it shuts off every four hours. Every time we got back to the room, it was hotter inside than it was outside! Then it took a long time for the place to cool down again!
