The unit was nice with a great oceanfront view and crashing surf. The outstanding part of our stay was the Vacasa customer service. No fault of their own a pump went out in the water heating system. They were on it by communicating with the building management who was flying parts in to limit inconvenience. I was very impressed as I am in the trades myself. I felt like they were professional and responsive.
The unit was clean and the sheets were Uber soft. Code on the lock box created a simple self checkin. I would do the same vacation in a heartbeat.
