Very nice and clean home with plenty of space for our family of 5. Convenient location in Princeville. Views from the living room are amazing with beautiful sunsets. Overall we had a really great time here.
FYI — New home construction directly next door started the week we were there, which unfortunately includes a high green construction fence adjacent to the lanai and somewhat disrupts the ocean views. I suspect the construction noise will be a bother during the day. We were gone during the daytime and other than the ugly fence, didn’t have an issue. If you are planning to spend your day relaxing on the lanai, the fence and construction will likely be a bother. Home owners may have additional info in timing of the construction. Even with this construction, we would stay here again.
