We were 4 adults (2 couples) and this unit was perfect for us. The unit provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. The short walk on the “greenbelt” to the beaches made it easy for us to access the beaches and local restaurants. The management folks were super responsive and courteous.
