You can’t beat the views of the Napali coast right from the lanai! The property grounds are beautiful. You feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. There is a short walk to the beach. It’s not far but it is steep! They offer golf cart rides if needed. My husband and I were able to do it no problem but if you are older or have many kids I’d opt for the ride. They do have a collapsible wagon to help your lug your stuff down. You can also rent kayaks/surf boards/chairs etc. at the beach. Beach is shared with the beautiful 1 Hanalei Hotel. We enjoyed the restaurant on site – Happy Talk Lounge. They had live Hawaiian music and gorgeous views. There is a pizza restaurant as well, however we didn’t have a chance to try it. The place is well equipped with necessities kitchen, bath, beach. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay on the north shore!
