The condo unit was great. We would stay in that unit again. Hawaii trip was wonderful as this was our 12th visit to Hawaii
The negative experience is with the property management. While the past company was very good we felt this new company needs to improve problem areas. They are not customer service oriented. We need to be on top of the planning and do continual follow ups as they are much deficient in this area
