This place is amazing. House layout is cool and the amenities (kitchen, beach toys, wifi, tv, etc.) are all well thought out. Clearly the owner cares about the property. This rental is essentially a guest house located right behind one of the larger villa style houses. The backyard is really nice as well, and very private.
Proximity to the beach (right across the street from a relatively private strip of Anini beach) is fantastic and cannot be understated. Presumably, you’re thinking of renting this place for the beach and it will not disappoint – it is beautiful.. This area is especially good for younger kids (we brought along our 6, 4 and an 18 mo. old) because Anini beach has a large reef that prevents the surf from reaching the beach. Consequently, the water is both very calm (like a lake) and really shallow. The snorkeling is reasonable, lots of fish to see, but the coral isn’t the prettiest.
Not really many things to complain about with this rental. As some of the other reviews have mentioned, there is no AC. There are many fans provided though. Personally, I like feeling the humidity, I’m visiting to experience that climate in full.
To summarize: This is an amazing place.
