This was a very comfortable, nicely decorated condo. It was good value for the area posssibly due to proximity to a parking lot. The parking lot did not generate much noise. The grounds are beatifully landscaped.
The washer/dryer worked well and were conveniently housed in the unit. It’s minutes away from The Shops at Kukui‘ula and that was a huge plus as it is a premiere shopping/restarant centre in Poipu/Koloa.
It would be good to check with the management company beforehand that the wifi will be working when you arrive. We did not get wifi until 20 hours after checking in. As well, our the mobile signal was weak or non-existent in the unit. So we were really stuck as we had work to do the day of our arrival.
The management company was responsive although I wondered at times if the chat/messages were generated by an AI/bot. They liased with a local team to fix the wifi.
