Amazing location right on the water, one of a few private homes on Pe`e Road which has mainly condos. 5 mins walk to Brennecke`s beach and Poipu beach, as well as 10 mins walk to Shipwreck beach. Driving distance to restaurants, shops and Poipu Beach Club. The kitchen was really well supplied with cookware, plates, tupperware and has new appliances (stove/oven/micro, fridge). We used the oven and grill many times. Lots of beach gear as well, and a new washer and dryer. Lots of room for our family of 5 and another family of 3.
