This is as advertised. Plan to spend a lot of time on the balcony watching the waves. We saw dolphins, rays, and humpbacks. Even schools of fish off the side. Some of the appointments are dated, but they have done a nice job with personality pieces. Like every rental I’ve done in Hawaii, the light switches are impossible to find and the house needs updates, but it is a fabulous price and the advertised rates are fair. Strong recommendation.
