The location was fantastic. Right on the beach and next to the Coconut market. There are so many food places within walking distance. You can also walk to CVS and safeway grocery. There is a bike path that goes all along the coast. Everything you need to cook a meal. There is no oven but a cooktop and microwave. All the plates silverware and things you need. I highly reccommend!
