The property location, and grounds are spectacular. Our group included four adults and our 15 year old son who loved hanging out on the beach (swimming, snorkeling), playing football and badminton on the amazing lawn aw well as just laying in the hammock. The house is well stocked and very spacious. The hot tub was used every night. Shopping is close by and the house is an easy drive to the North or South part of the island. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked perfectly. The house had lots of beach supplies and a wonderful outdoor shower. The house’s open concept is perfect for family get togethers. Other family members stayed down the road and we all got together for dinners with plenty of room. The covered patio was the perfect place to hangout. We can’t wait to come back….7 days was not long enough. There are a few minor items that could improve the experience; 1) a new shower head in the master bath, 2) a new outdoor BBQ (I saw others mention this as well), 3) window covering in the bathroom facing the river and 4) non-foam pillows. All these little things is the reason for a 4 star rating rather than a 5 star rating for general property condition.
