For us, the most outstanding feature of this house was that we neither saw nor heard neighbors, despite being right on the beach. That has to be unique in a beachfront property in this price range. You feel like you are on an estate. The house is as pictured – very nice. Property managers were responsive. In December we had a fair amount of wind some days, and some rain, which is not unusual on that side of the island in winter. There were also high surf advisories every day which made it too rough for good swimming and snorkeling at our beach – again something that can happen in winter. But if we wanted sunny beach time we just had to drive south.
