We recently stayed at this property for a few days while visiting north Kauai, and it exceeded our expectations. The condo was spacious, beautifully designed, fully equipped, and in an excellent location. The unit is right next to the community pool (which was never crowded). Visitors can simply walk out the back door and into the pool area – very convenient. The complex is at a beautiful location on the Princeville cliffs with breathtaking views. The neighbors were quiet, and we really enjoyed our stay. Zero complaints. One feature to be aware of when considering this rental is that it is located down two flights of stairs, which can be difficult to manage with large/heavy luggage. A small price to pay for a spectacular stay on north Kauai! We loved it and would stay here again if ever back in Princeville.
