This is a great unit for a small family or couple. Great split level with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The open plan for living, dining, cooking and lanai make it feel very spacious. The view from the dining room can’t be beat – wonderful trade winds make sure you are comfortable and seeing birds, whales, rainbows is a great way to start your day. Please note that the second bedroom is a loft and the outside light shines in a bit so if you are a light sleeper an eye mask is recommended. We enjoyed the great pool in PKK complex and walking to watch wonderful sunsets around the corner. This is a perfect home base if you love the north shore like us; a quick drive to Anini for family friendly swimming walking the Princeville paths, visiting the playground and easy access to Foodland to make our meals in the condo. Wonderful property managers and amenities (even baby/toddler items) in the condo make you feel right at home. Highly recommend Bali Hai and PKK 233!
