The vacasa guest services was top notch. Renting the condo was straight forward with simple check-in instructions. After confirming my rental and leading up to my trip, I received an email reminder about my approaching rental date. On the date of arrival, I received a welcome text with my rental codes, directions to the condo, and contact phone number should I need assistance.
Upon arrival, we walked into a beautiful and clean unit. We were provided with plenty of towels, complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner, and box of Maui’s delicious chocolate almonds and Maui’s own coffee to start. And there was complimentary laundry detergent for the week. There were plenty of utensils for your cooking needs. Although, the 10 inch frying pan needs replacing. It is warped and does not lie flat on the cooking surface. There were snorkeling gear in the closet but the only mask that worked was one for a youth.
I recommend as in a previous post that the sofa bed mattress needs replacing.
Other than that, it is a wonderful unit. The view is amazing. I could see turtles swimming close to shore from the lanai. This is the second time I have stayed at Mahana, the first was in a different unit. I won’t hesitate to rent there again.
