Perfect for our plans. Gorgeous views. Quiet property in a location that gave us a calm neighborhood but easy proximity to town. Unit could use some cosmetic updates (window blinds, wifi did not work–not a huge problem and I presume isolated) but all in all, exactly what we were looking for. Got very used to enjoying coffee on the Lanai, feet from the crashing surf, watching the surfers….and the sunsets…..amazing.
