If you are reading this review, dont debate and book this place. we had a month stay and didnt miss the comforts of home at this condo. Its as advertised, its a newer building, built in the last couple of years. This unit is on the ground floor ( easy access, but you do get some noise from the unit upstairs), easy parking, plenty of space for our family of 5. The location is great as its an easy 10 min walk to the beach or 3 min car ride. The unit has 2 master bedrooms and one smaller bedroom.
The condo is well stocked with all you`ll need for a beach vacation: they provide boogey boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The kitchen is also well equipped for us to prepare our own meals. We also used the several bbqs the condo community had available. They also have a nice gym and community pool about a 2 min walk from the condo.
I also cant say enough good things about the team that supported us from GVR. Navigating thru the covid restrictions was not easy and they were patient, easy to communicate with, and very timely in their responses. We needed some things restocked at the home and they were quick to deliver. Also they were very helpful when our trip needed to be adjusted due to covid lockdowns.
