We loved waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean. This condo is simple but very complete in terms of accommodations. Being on the second floor (first floor of condos) makes coming and going easy. Parking is easy under the building. The condo layout is nice as well. We spent lots of time on the porch. Also, the complete kitchen lends itself to entertaining if you want. Perfect size for four people. Management was responsive helpful. We would stay here again. Very close to Kailua Kona town center. Easy to access all parts of the island too. The price was fair for the accommodations.
