We really loved our stay at Kapaa Sands 14. You`re right on the ocean–just walk out your back patio and down a few steps to put your toes in the water! PROS: Great views, the relaxing sound of the surf pounding all night long, clean unit, private oasis tucked away from the crowds. CONS: Because there`s no A/C, you leave your windows open all of the time (which felt great), but you can also hear your neighbors around you fairly well; not a great swimming beach, but fun to wade around, fish and watch the surfers.
