We loved the unit. It is in a great location and very conveniently located to the facilities in the Waikoloa Beach area. There were restrictions on the use of the hot tub (only 2 people allowed at the time) due to covid, but we just waited our turn. That was the only issue we had due to covid and that is a minor issue and was a HOA restriction not directly related to the condo. After getting home, I received an email saying the sheets were torn and that the bi-fold door to the laundry closet was off the track. The sheet had a tear in it when we checked in and the door to the laundry was slightly difficult to open. I did not report either item. I do not know how this will resolve, but if I had documented the sheets and the door it would not be an issue. If you see something or have a problem make sure to let the local contact know, immediately.
