We frequently rent vacation homes when we travel. The quality of this condo is top notch. Everything from the granite counters to the solid cookware to the well appointed bathrooms (both with soaking tubs) was a pleasure to use.
–Management keeps this unit very clean and stocked with hotel items from soap to dish soap. Plenty of towels.
–King size bed was wonderfully FIRM! As someone with back pain, matress quality is crucial to the enjoyment of my vacation. Their bed was heavenly.
–Almost every cooking/kitchen utensil you could want is provided!
–We enjoyed the use of boogie boards, snorkel gear, water shoes, beach chairs and beach towels (availability of beach and water gear is not guaranteed obviously)
–Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and market. You do need a car to explore the Big Island, but you don’t need a car for this Waikoloa Beach Resort area which consists of several condo developments, the Kings & Queens Shops and superhotels Marriott and Hilton. The King’s Trail is a crazy cool lava trail that runs right outside the condo entrance.
