Carole was an amazing owner. Communication from the first day of the rental process to the last day of the rental was amazing. The state of Hawaii increased the rental tax after we booked and Carole take care of the increase because it wasn’t part of the original price agreed on. She goes above and beyond. Location is walking distance to groceries, shopping, beach, great restaurants and a short drive to two amazing beaches. The quality in the unit was great updated appliances and granite countertops and a great view from the deck. Others had commented that the bed was to firm which concerned me but if was comfortable. I would definitely book this unit if I was coming back to the Big Island.
