!This place is a real gem. My family and I were so thankful be able to stay here! Peaceful jungle mountain botanical garden retreat would best describe this priceless Hawaiian home experience. The house backs up to this huge private forest which is more like a botanical garden. The property is surrounded by so many tropical flowers/ plants it was so fun for us to just walk around the back yard discovering things. The view from the kitchen and master bedroom are spectacular and there are sooo many waterfalls on the tallest mountain I loss count after 10. You can see least 7 mountains including hanelei bay and the famous Bali hai Mnt we learned from our kayak guide. Huge kitchen and dining room perfect for staying home and cooking. Then there is private pool and spa was like being in a resort expect surrounded by the gardens. It was really much better than staying a resort as you get the feel of local life in Hawaii.
