The unit was as advertised. Freshly renovated, extremely clean, and intuitively stocked with items that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Fresh delicious coffee and tea, intact & clean linens, top of the line washer/dryer and appliances all made staying here a pleasure. The view of the pool and Sugar Beach is very nice. The condo building itself and the property is very well maintained and although its 40 years old, its kept in immaculate condition. They really do sweep and rake the grass here every morning! Interaction with the owners and property staff at check in was seamless and very well done. I would recommend this property and specifically Condo #308 without hesitation and we look forward to returning here on our next trip to Maui. We experienced no disappointments with #308, it’s attentive owners, or Sugar Beach Resort .
