Where do I begin? First of all, the photos and description are 100% true to how the unit is in person. I have stayed in other units at the Sugar Beach Resort that were also nice, but a bit outdated and less expensive, but based on the photos and the description, I opted for unit #308 and was SO happy I did! Not only was it remodeled, it was upgraded with higher end materials, which included everything from the flooring, to the appliances, to the bathroom, linens and towels, furniture, the window shades and curtains and the decor which all had a wonderful matching flow throughout the unit. The kitchen is loaded with practically everything you need. The host even left a generous amount of dishwasher pods and a couple of packs of laundry detergent, extra rubbish bags and a fresh roll of paper towels. The owner posted very detailed instructions on every item that one might need instructions for, which was a very helpful touch! You don’t even need to try and figure out which of the 3 remote controls to use for the TV! One of the other units I’ve stayed in, had a full oceanfront view, but having a view of the ocean, pool area, koi pond and the courtyard area was even more enjoyable! We sat on the lanai for most meals and really loved our view. In the bedroom, it has a very comfortable king-size bed and nightstands with lamps on both sides. There are plenty of drawers and hangars for your clothes. In the closet, you’ll find a massive amount of useful items, such as a pair of folding Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an ice cooler, 4 beach towels, a yoga mat, ironing board, extra bed pillows and linens, tote bags and various beach toys for kids. The beautiful bathroom has a great step-in shower stall with a little cubby area for your shower toiletries and an abundance of towels and several rolls of toilet paper. The vanity has drawers to store other toiletries and includes a good quality hairdryer and a small mirror. The A/C cools the whole unit pretty quickly and there are ceiling fans in the dining area as well as in the bedroom. One final sweet touch, was that we were greeted with a cute, insulated bag that was packed with treats! I found that to be the cherry on top! Mahalo for sharing this beautiful unit to guests.
