Overall a nice home and a good place to stay. A short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to Kailua-Kona. Was a really good location for our Ironman athletes.
Without central air, it does get warm in much of the home by early afternoon, but the bedrooms are able to cool fairly quickly at night with the window air conditions.
