Clean, comfortable, quiet. Only negative thing worth mentioning is the air conditioning. 2 window stile units very new however, under sized for the square footage. I have found this is not unusual for Hawaii living though. The island is behind the times when it comes to room air conditioning. Need to start installing correctly sized mini split units. They work great in the rest of the world.
