Came with a friend to visit our other friends that live in Kona so we weren’t in the condo that much. Overall it was clean except for the floors. We’re local and always take our shoes off in homes but I had to wear socks (we didn’t have house slippers) because without them, my feet turned black. It wasn’t a big deal because i know there’s a lot of dust blowing around and coming through the condo. There is also no a/c – it was hot and muggy and the fans just weren’t enough (and I’m really not an a/c person) . Having an a/c would’ve made a huge difference. The location was great and it came equipped with all the essentials. Check in and out was very convenient and contacting the property was fast and easy.
