The “Better than expected”: view from this unit really outdoes the photos; there is a “private”, paved pathway for this condo complex down to a secluded beach — somehow didn’t get that from property description
The “Be aware”: there are 3 large, comfortable beds, but in (just) 2-bedrooms — somehow wasn’t obvious from the property description; fees and taxes — taxes are what they are, but the fees? It feels like a lot and at minimum probably should be better explained
