The property is just as listed. Very spacious , clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was nice to have extra space to spread out. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The grounds are very pretty. There are nice beaches a short drive away as well as restaurants and shops.The purple sofa bed is a little older and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Fortunately there is a newer one in the other room that was more comfortable.There is a bit of noise from the adjacent parking lot and there are the roosters (primarily in the early morning hours), not much can be done about them. We contacted the management company about the refrigerator, it wasn’t cold enough even though we put very few items in it. Hopefully that’s been addressed.All in all, we’d recommend this unit for a couple or small family.
