This is a great place and location on Kona. Easy to access everything. It was very clean with the exception of the floors. I did contact the owner to make note of it. We did expect them to come and clean the floors, but wanted them to know so that they could tell their cleaning people. We have stayed in this complex before and will stay there again. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom (2) had it’s own bathroom. Only one other thing I found different from this place that others through VRBO is that it was not stocked as well as others. There are usually spices (most likely left by previous renters) as well as things like foil, plastic wrap and baggies in all other places we’ve rented thru VRBO. So it was surprising that this place did not have that. No big deal though. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks on the Big Island.
