Great location in Hanalei. As stated, it’s about a 10m walk to the beach. 3 bikes in various states of repair allowed for a quicker trip to town once you navigated the first stretch of street where there is not much room for bikes on the road. Pull cart with chairs and umbrellas were a nice touch. no snorkel gear when we stayed here. 1 of the 2 bogey boards was broken, but likely not the owner’s fault. The house was ‘loud’. Downstairs you definitely knew when someone was awake and moving around upstairs. 3rd bedroom upstairs had a funky bathroom setup with the toilet and sink literally in the shower. Views out the back towards the waterfalls were great, but slightly obscured by the growth of the trees in the yard.
Everything else was great.
