Location and view are definitely 5 star worthy. The pictures are accurate. We loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast with a wonderful view of the ocean. The king beds are very comfortable, We did not use the sofa sleeper so can’t comment on that. The kitchen was well equipped with plates, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots and pans etc. The owner provided beach chairs, an insulated cooler bag which we used to bring drinks and food to the beach. The bathrooms were ample for 2 people. Extra bath towels beach towels and sheets were a plus. The furniture was dated but this did not deter us from giving a 5 star rating as we loved being so close to the beach. The place was very clean when we arrived. Vacasa called us to check in on our second day to see if everything was meeting our needs. A nice customer service touch. We went to the on-site restaurant for happy hour which had delicious drinks and food. Service was prompt. A tip for future renters: put your chairs out early in the morning to capture the spot you want on the beach. Do this again for sunset.
