The property is dated a little, but clean and is stocked with about everything you might need while vacationing. They had snorkel equipment, games, beach towels, boogie boards, and many other things there to use. The unit does have an A/C in the living room and bedroom which is nice. We were a little disappointed by the size of the beach out front, but it was easy to access. There is a public beach area that could also be used a little past the property line. The grassy area between the porch and beach is a nice area for kids to play or just relax on the lounges and chairs. We made the entire loop around Maui over a few days and this condo is in a nice central location to tour the island.
Overall we enjoyed out stay.
